Ahh it's so good to see you wearing your Rubber Wellingtons again, there's no need to wait for the rain, Wellies are in vogue now and I see a lot of Girls wearing them regardless of the weather, I wear my Wellingtons quite often mostly with a Skirt and Tights, I love them.
